We are seeking a motivated professional to fill a dual-role position responsible for managing core human resources functions and overseeing key projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as an HR & Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Manage employee onboarding, recruitment, and relations ensuring compliance with company policies and local labour laws.
  • Support employee performance management and training initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff queries and concerns.

Project Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to align project goals.
  • Track progress, prepare reports, and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR and/or project management roles (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and project management tools is an advantage.
