Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and extensive experience in implementing Odoo solutions. As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyze their requirements, configure Odoo to meet their needs, and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
  • Configure Odoo modules to align with client requirements and business processes.
  • Provide training and support to clients and end-users on Odoo applications.
  • Collaborate with technical developers to ensure successful implementation of Odoo solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to discuss project progress and requirements.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and developments in the Odoo platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 end-to-end implementations in Odoo SH, SaaS, and community versions.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Odoo certification(s) is a plus.
  • Experience with other ERP systems or business applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development.
  • Proficiency in SQL Database Management for data manipulation within Odoo.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting in Odoo.
  • Experience in writing and executing test cases to ensure quality of customizations and developments.
