At Climita we're creating a next-generation carbon credit trading platform powered by blockchain and MRV automation, built to ensure transparency, trust, and scalability in a $1.2 trillion+ global market.

We are looking for a technical co-founder - Blockchain Developer to design and develop a cutting-edge blockchain-based platform @Naught.0. The ideal candidate will have experience in building secure, scalable blockchain solutions beyond cryptocurrency tokenisation.

This is an equity-only role, ideal for someone who is both an experienced blockchain developer and an entrepreneurial thinker.

Who you are:

Hands-on blockchain developer with expertise in smart contracts, DApps, and secure, scalable solutions (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polygon, or similar).

Entrepreneurial mindset—excited about building a startup from the ground up.

Passionate about sustainability, climate tech, and real-world blockchain applications beyond crypto trading.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead the development of a blockchain-based trading platform.

Build smart contracts for transparent credit issuance and transactions.

Ensure security, scalability, and compliance with market regulations.

Work alongside a business-focused co-founder to launch and scale the platform.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring the platform to market.

Requirements:

Proven experience in blockchain development (Hyperledger, Ethereum, Polygon, or similar).

Strong understanding of smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and decentralised applications.

Experience in sustainability, carbon markets, or related fields is a plus.
