Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Public Relations (PR) Specialist to manage and enhance the public image of our company. The ideal candidate will develop media strategies, build strong relationships with journalists and influencers, and create compelling content to promote our brand. They will also monitor media coverage, handle crisis communication, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:Media Relations & Communications
  • Develop and implement PR campaigns to promote the company's brand, products, or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry professionals.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify PR opportunities.
  • Respond to media inquiries and act as a spokesperson when necessary.
Content Creation & Brand Messaging
  • Develop engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all public communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to align PR efforts with overall brand strategy.
Event Management & Outreach
  • Plan and coordinate press conferences, media events, and public appearances.
  • Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Organize community outreach programs and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Crisis Management & Reputation Control
  • Develop crisis communication plans and handle emergency PR situations.
  • Monitor online reputation and respond to negative feedback professionally.
  • Address public concerns and maintain a positive brand image.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track PR campaign effectiveness using analytics and media monitoring tools.
  • Prepare reports on PR performance, media coverage, and audience engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future PR strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with PR tools, media databases, and social media management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of crisis communication and reputation management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an agency or in-house PR team.
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Established media contacts and influencer network.
