Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction in their roles and responsibilities.
IT Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's objectives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and security.
Budgeting and Resource Management:
Oversee the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal utilization of resources.
Project Management:
Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Infrastructure Management:
Maintain and enhance the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
Security and Compliance:
Implement and manage robust security measures to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Vendor Management:
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:
Develop and maintain plans for business continuity and disaster recovery in IT systems.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the IT team and organize or provide training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Specification- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience); Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) in a managerial or leadership role within IT.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and drive solutions.
Additional Skills:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL, etc.) are desirable.
- Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations.
