  3. You must have command of your programming/coding skills and be able to work closely with the design team to complete projects within strict time-frames.

  5. You must complete frontend and backend coding with efficient database management and standardized programming.
  6. You must understand the latest technologies emerging around the world and know CMS-based portals and application development.

  9. You should not be greedy, selfish, or narrow-minded.

  11. You must have experience with PHP/MySQL/Windows/Linux/Unix-based frameworks and the latest development tools to develop/program/code and deploy projects on web servers and diagnose security issues in your coding and troubleshoot them accordingly, to create secure web portals and web-based applications.
