We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on the dual responsibilities of driving strategic business growth and overseeing customer support operations. The ideal candidate will combine a sharp business development mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction to build strong client relationships and maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, coach, and develop a team of tele-sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Create and refine tele-sales scripts and strategies to optimize call effectiveness.
  3. Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reports to management.
  4. Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills in objection handling, closing, and CRM usage.
  5. Oversee the customer support team, ensuring high-quality service and rapid issue resolution.
  6. Implement systems and processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  7. Foster a customer-centric culture across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3 to 5 years of experience in tele-sales, customer support, or related roles.
  3. Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
  4. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Employment Details:
  • Type: Full-time
  • Salary Range: Rs. 100k to 150k plus Commission
