Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, AI, and business strategy. In this role, you'll analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and create interactive dashboards — while also exploring Generative AI (Gen AI) techniques to unlock innovative ways of extracting and communicating insights.

You'll collaborate directly with clients to understand their goals, translate them into data requirements, and deliver tailored analytics solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.

• Collaborate with clients to identify business objectives and translate them into actionable data analysis and reporting requirements.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate data-driven insights.

• Build and deploy predictive models to support forecasting, segmentation, and strategic decision-making.

• Integrate Generative AI capabilities, such as enabling natural language querying of dashboards, generating automated narratives from data, or prototyping LLM-driven analytics assistants.

• Ensure data quality and accuracy through robust cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.

• Continuously evaluate and enhance data analytics processes, tools, and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, compelling manner tailored to different stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, including building dashboards and predictive models.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, and hands-on experience with Python or R for data manipulation and machine learning.

• Experience with BI and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

• Exposure to Generative AI concepts and tools, such as using LLM APIs (Open AI, Anthropic, or similar), prompt engineering, or building simple conversational data apps.

• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills, especially when presenting complex analyses to non-technical audiences.

• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to gather requirements, understand needs, and translate them into analytical solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience embedding predictive or Gen AI components directly into dashboards or business workflows.

• Familiarity with cloud analytics and AI platforms (AWS Sage Maker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML).

• Knowledge of vector databases, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), or advanced prompt chaining.

• Understanding of A/B testing, experimental design, and advanced statistical methods.
