Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Supervisor located in Islamabad. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the physical security measures of the premises, managing and training security staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to maintain a secure environment. The role requires effective communication, customer service, and operations management skills to ensure the protection of property and personnel.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience
  • Physical Security knowledge
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
  • Experience in security management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is a plus
