Scientific Affairs Manager - Agriculture

Biodyne World Pakistan is a global biotechnology company.

We are currently looking for a Scientific Affairs Manager who will be responsible for the following:

  1. Conducting trials of Biodyne products, including detailed methodology and compiling results.
  2. Educating farmers on the use of Biodyne products.
  3. Managing our lab, including preparing products and ensuring the lab remains free of contaminants.
  4. Conducting regular sampling of products to ensure they meet high-quality standards at Biodyne.
  5. Assisting farmers with questions regarding land and soil health, understanding factors that govern soil health, and resolving farmer concerns.
  6. Having the ability to speak well and be presentable.
  7. Dealing with media and representing Biodyne at media and corporate meetings.
  8. Possessing strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Pakistan's agricultural landscape, including soil types and factors impacting crops, vegetables, and fruits.
  9. Having a track record of excellent research capabilities, including running trials and writing research papers and articles on agriculture that are concise and easily understandable.
Job Specification
  • Focus on sustainable agriculture.
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of conducting field trials on various crops.
  • Strong knowledge of soil health.
  • Understanding of fertilizers and pesticides.
  • Possession of a degree in agriculture or microbiology; Masters or PhD preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge of the agriculture sector in Pakistan.
