Responsibilities

Import/Export Operations

  • Manage all import and export processes to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain trade documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and Bills of Lading.
  • Ensure adherence to Incoterms and manage logistics cost optimization.
  • Oversee HS code classification, customs duty calculations, and trade compliance audits.

Warehousing Management

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.
  • Ensure efficient space utilization, material handling, and inventory accuracy.
  • Implement best practices in warehouse layout, safety, and automation.
  • Oversee stock counts, audits, and discrepancy resolutions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring on-time deliveries.
  • Generate periodic reports on inventory levels, import/export activities, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure supply chain alignment.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant national and international laws, including customs & trade sanctions.
  • Mitigate risks related to delays, non-compliance, and cost overruns through proactive planning and control mechanisms.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade regulations and suggest policy updates as necessary.
Experience andQualification Required:

Master's in Supply Chain with a Minimum of 8 years in the relevant Industry.
