Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and proficiency in advanced tools and techniques. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain client and management reports.

2. Design and prepare dashboards for KPI monitoring and performance analysis.

3. Utilize advanced Excel functions, including formulas, pivots, and slicers, for reporting purposes.

4. Collaborate with teams to implement project management tools effectively.

5. Conduct in-depth analysis of medical billing and revenue cycle processes.

Requirements:

1. Education: Graduation (Bachelor's degree in a relevant field).

2. Experience in client and management reporting.

3. Advanced skills in Excel (Formulas, Pivots, Slicers).

4. Expertise in creating dashboards and KPI preparation.

5. Proficiency in project management tools.

6. Strong knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle analysis.
