  • Experience in creating original ideas.
  • Ability to take direction well and to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude.
  • Ability to create and paint assets with good image manipulation skills.
  • A sound grip on graphic design and a good aesthetic sense.
  • Basic design research skills and knowledge of lighting.
  • Basic knowledge about game marketing or marketing in general.
  • Ability to work with and design basic game UI.
