Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative 2D/3D Video Designer and Animator to bring stories to life through compelling visuals and animations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in motion graphics, character design, storyboarding, and audio integration using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects , Blender , Adobe Premiere Pro , Cinema 4D , and related tools. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong artistic vision, storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of design and animation principles.

Important Notes:

• Location: DHA Phase-2, Near Giga Mall, Islamabad
• Timings: 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Work Style: Onsite
• Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality 2D and 3D animations for promotional videos, explainer videos, product demos, commercials, and more.
• Create detailed storyboards to visualize scripts and client ideas, ensuring a clear creative direction and storyline flow.
• Design and animate characters, environments, and visual effects , ensuring smooth, engaging, and high-quality motion.
• Collaborate closely with the scriptwriters, voiceover artists, designers, and sound engineers to ensure seamless integration of audio and visuals.
• Use Adobe After Effects, Blender, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other tools for motion graphics, compositing, editing, and post-production.
• Develop and maintain a visual style guide for branding consistency across animations.
• Adapt animations for different platforms (social media, web, mobile, broadcast).
• Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication , or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in 2D/3D animation and motion graphics.
• Expert-level proficiency in:
• Adobe After Effects
• Blender
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Cinema 4D (optional but a plus)
• Audition or other audio tools
• Strong understanding of character design, rigging, and animation .
• Experience with storyboarding , animatics , and translating scripts into visual narratives.
• Knowledge of lighting, shading, texturing , and rendering in 3D environments.
• Familiarity with audio syncing , sound effects , and voiceover integration .
• Ability to work in both realistic and stylized animation styles .
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience in UI/UX animation or interactive media.
• Skills in Unity or Unreal Engine for real-time animation projects.
• Knowledge of AI-powered animation tools and workflows (e.g., RunwayML, Adobe Firefly).
• Experience in video production or cinematography is a plus.
