Job Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    1. Track and monitor key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, etc.)
    2. Generate and analyze reports to assess social media performance
    3. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) to gather insights
  2. Data Collection & Analysis:
    1. Conduct thorough research using sources such as academic journals, databases, surveys, interviews, and other platforms
    2. Collect qualitative and quantitative data to address research questions or objectives
    3. Organize and analyze data using statistical tools or relevant software to identify trends and insights
  3. Literature Review & Documentation:
    1. Perform literature reviews to understand existing research, summarize findings, and identify gaps
    2. Maintain accurate records of research methodologies, data sources, and findings
    3. Compile research findings into reports, papers, or presentations
  4. Report Writing & Presentation:
    1. Write clear and structured reports, research papers, or articles
    2. Present findings to stakeholders, managers, or academic audiences
    3. Prepare visual materials like charts and graphs for effective communication
  5. Project Management & Coordination:
    1. Manage research projects from planning to analysis
    2. Coordinate with team members and external collaborators
    3. Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and goals
  6. Methodology Development:
    1. Develop and refine research methodologies suitable to objectives
    2. Ensure compliance with ethical standards
  7. Continuous Learning & Development:
    1. Stay updated with latest research trends and techniques
    2. Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Research, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management and research analytics
  • Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, research methodologies, and KPIs
  • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing trends is a plus
