Social Media Analyst
Job Description:
">Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track and monitor key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, etc.) to assess performance.
  • Generate reports using analytics tools to identify trends and patterns.

">Data Collection & Analysis:
  • Conduct research using various sources such as academic journals, surveys, interviews, and other platforms.
  • Collect both qualitative and quantitative data to address specific objectives.
  • Analyze data using statistical tools to identify insights.

">Literature Review & Documentation:
  • Perform literature reviews to understand existing research in the field and summarize findings.
  • Maintain accurate records of research methodologies and data sources for future reference.

">Report Writing & Presentation:
  • Write clear and concise reports based on findings.
  • Presentation of research results to stakeholders or managers.

">Project Management & Coordination:
  • Manage research projects from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

">Methodology Development:
  • Develop research methodologies and frameworks appropriate to research objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Research, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and research analytics.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and KPIs.
