IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Manage O&M of Switching, OFAN Access Network, and Network Elements from vendors like Huawei, ZTE, Nokia, and Crean. This includes Indoor/Outdoor MSAGs, OLTs, MSAN, NGN.

Collaborate with Transmission, BO, Network Deployment, NOC DEV, NOC SW, BI OPS, CRM, SDN, IMS, C5 NGN, IP Core, MMBB, Fiber Ops, and Power Plant teams to resolve issues related to commissioning, fault troubleshooting, and integration.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

  • Fault analysis and rectification in coordination with internal and vendor resources.
  • Provide O&M support for OFAN network and guide field staff on fault rectifications.
  • Conduct regular health checks of the OFAN network.
  • Manage inventory and interface tools.
  • Implement store policies and improve warehouse operations.
  • Supervise facilities provided through I&I Wing to enhance revenue from corporate clients.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech in Telecom, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or B.S. in Computer Science.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Optical Fiber Network Operations & Maintenance.
  • Experience with Access and OFAN Networks.
  • Inventory Management skills.
