Job Description

Our client company is looking for a skilled Sales and Marketing Officer who will assist in generating new business and maintaining recurring revenue. The individual will utilize provided resources to maintain social media presence, process and generate leads, and assist in closing sales.

The role involves marketing activities, including online platforms, OTT, and developing the company's profile in the market. This includes creating and placing content in various media such as local newspapers and social media platforms. We seek a committed and approachable individual with strong character and skills.

The goal is to support revenue generation efforts effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with 4 to 5 years of experience in a consultancy, creating industry-specific content.
  • Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Develop relationships with educational bodies like schools and academies in Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi.
  • Explain pricing to clients and negotiate terms.
  • Present company services clearly to potential clients.
  • Communicate university and college requirements to students.
  • Convert leads and complete documentation for administrative review.
  • Assist students with documentation and standardized test registrations like SAT, IELTS.
  • Identify events to showcase offerings and increase market penetration.
  • Respond to client queries.
  • Assist in student recruitment activities as needed.
  • Document meetings with clear interaction chains.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales platforms, including social media and media advertising.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
