We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the organization's network infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with on-site technicians, and ensuring seamless connectivity and system performance. You will also contribute to system hardening, patch management, security compliance, and documentation in alignment with ITIL and MOF frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and troubleshoot network/system issues, incidents, and performance bottlenecks.
• Patch servers and workstations in line with company policy after thorough testing.
• Assist in developing and implementing best practices for server hardening and policy enforcement in coordination with the Security Administrator.
• Maintain documentation and follow internal procedures based on ITIL and MOF standards.
• Monitor and manage endpoint security (Antivirus, EDR) and ensure compliance with international standards.
• Provide support for macOS, mobile devices, and other endpoint technologies.
• Handle daily IT operations, assign priorities, and track pending and completed tasks.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.
• Maintain and update operational checklists and suggest improvements.
• Monitor and manage CCTV systems and access control infrastructure.
• Maintain inventory of all datacenter and cloud assets, software licenses, and hardware warranties.
• Coordinate with procurement to prepare RFPs and technical specifications for IT purchases.
• Support technical evaluation of IT projects and new system deployments.
• Administer Office 365 E5, MS Teams, OneDrive, Visio, PowerPoint, and other collaboration tools.
• Install, configure, and test new workstations, servers, and network devices.
• Manage emergency support tasks and stay back when needed, including weekends or holidays.
• Plan and manage system downtime in accordance with change management and approval protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in network or IT support roles.
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CompTIA Network+, VMware Certified Professional, Wireshark).
• Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, firewall configuration, and routing protocols.
• Solid grasp of endpoint security, patching, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOX, HL7).
• Familiar with ITIL practices and service management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours or off-hours during emergencies or critical maintenance.
