Description

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and driven Influencer Marketer to help us recruit, manage, and scale influencer campaigns across TikTok and Instagram. You'll be working with e-commerce brands to generate viral content, build affiliate partnerships, and boost sales through social platforms.

Responsibilities

·Source, vet, and reach out to influencers on Instagram and TikTok

·Manage outreach campaigns and build relationships with creators

·Coordinate influencer content timelines, deliveries, and performance tracking

·Create scripts and briefs for video content

·Track affiliate performance and optimize based on results

·Collaborate with our creative and brand teams to align messaging

Requirements

·1–2 years experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing

·Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems

·Strong communication and organizational skills

·Ability to identify high-potential creators

·Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and social selling

Nice to Have (Optional but Preferred)

·Experience with TikTok Shop campaigns (brand side or creator side)

·Experience using platforms like Modash, Upfluence, or Influencity

·Creative copywriting or video briefing skills
