Marketing Specialist - E-commerce Innovator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and foster meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic influencer marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and measurable KPIs.
  • Source and engage with influencers who resonate with the brand and audience.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with influencers.
  • Manage content creation, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers.
  • Ensure content alignment with brand identity through creative direction and review.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to refine future strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing and campaign management.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage performance data.
  • A creative and passionate mindset for digital marketing and storytelling.
