Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to support our construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering tasks to ensure the safety, quality, and timely delivery of work.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career or mid-level engineer who wants to grow within a dynamic and ambitious company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site construction activities for projects in DHA, Cantonment, and similar regulated areas.
  • Ensure compliance with DHA and Cantonment bylaws, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct site surveys, setting out, leveling, and monitoring progress to align with project plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to execute development plans.
  • Perform quantity surveying tasks, including material estimates, cost analysis, and budget tracking.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and bills of quantities.
  • Address site issues, ensuring timely solutions while maintaining quality and standards.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project progress, costs, and any deviations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in DHA, Cantonment, or similar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of DHA and Cantonment development bylaws and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying, including cost estimation, material takeoffs, and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, site supervision, and quality control.
  • Skills in AutoCAD, surveying tools, and basic project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to on-site challenges.
