Alpha Mu Digital Ventures is an offshore and outsourcing company founded with the goal of solving the greatest challenge offshore teams face: ensuring quality output. All candidates work with an experienced mentor who can guide them and ensure their output aligns with our clients' expectations.

We are looking for a talented full-stack developer who takes pride in their work. Responsibilities include building micro-services for a greenfield project. Your primary focus will be developing synchronous and asynchronous micro-services that fulfill specific functions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating front-end elements built by your colleagues into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary.

Candidates with qualifying experience are invited to apply. Compensation is determined by interview performance and experience.

We believe that a tech stack should not hinder a good candidate Our interview process emphasizes intelligence and cultural fit above all else.

Must have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • College degree in computer science or a similar qualification
  • 2+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend developer after graduation
  • Basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, and knowledge of when to utilize them
  • Ability to write basic database queries on any platform
  • Good personality and attitude, as this role requires direct interaction with clients

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Django, Python, Java/Kotlin, Node.js, Golang is a plus, but not required. The right candidate is smart and quality-driven. Prior tech stack experience is secondary.
  • Familiarity with AWS or GCP
  • Experience in e-commerce and analytics
