Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution

●Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic

● Conduct keyword research, site audits, technical SEO analysis, and competitor benchmarking

● Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and structure for search engines and users.

● Collaborate with developers to fix crawl issues, improve site speed, and ensure SEO best practices.

SEM (Search Engine Marketing)

●Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to meet lead generation and conversion goals.

● Optimize campaigns through keyword targeting, ad copy testing, and landing page improvements.

● Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and lower CPCs.

Analytics & Reporting

● Track and report on SEO and SEM KPIs such as traffic, rankings, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.

● Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to gather insights and guide strategy.

● Provide regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

●Work closely with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive SEO and SEM efforts.

● Coordinate with local teams or language experts for region-specific campaigns and multilingual SEO optimization.

Required Qualifications:

● 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and SEM, preferably with a focus on European markets .

● Strong knowledge of technical SEO , keyword research tools, and Google ranking factors.

● Proven experience managing Google Ads or similar paid search platforms.

● Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) , Tag Manager, and major SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).

● Good understanding of GDPR and compliance in digital marketing.

● Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience working in a digital agency or fast-paced tech environment .

● Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
