Digital Marketing Leader

We are seeking a Digital Marketing leader to oversee our websites and lead the team in strategy development and execution.

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies for enhanced organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research regularly to stay ahead of competitors' strategies and keywords.
  • IDentify key SEO KPIs and monitor redirects, click rates, bounce rates, and other metrics.
  • Plan and execute SEM campaigns to grow profitable traffic.
  • Develop and refine campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and ad copy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of SEO strategies.
  • Enhance organic search optimization and maximize ROI.
  • Identify key SEO KPIs and monitor performance.
  • Plan and execute SEM campaigns.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across all organizational levels, fostering teamwork and positive attitudes.

  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Expertise with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and BrightEdge.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working with CMS-driven websites, particularly WordPress.
Work Environment:

This is a remote position that requires work during the third shift, from Monday to Saturday.
