IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Identify, develop and enhance the capability of all sales channels through increasing customer base to ensure Market share & growth.
- Deal in administrative, financial and consumer sales related issues for exchanges, and shall ensure their maximum productivity & efficiency.
- Maintain OSS and Sales Centers for assigned consumer market segment.
- Facilitate in sales planning by analyses of information to get better understanding of customer and target products for residential and SME subscribers.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT?
- Propose plans for process improvement by performing area cluster analysis, gather competitor information, propose cluster wise promos and Sales training.
- Formulate product promotions based on segment analysis.
- Liaison with operation team, contact Center, JS/OSS for data gathering and increase coordination within channels to increase overall efficiency.
- Support regional sales channels to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets according to agreed quality benchmark.
- Coordinates with trade marketing and channel development team to ensure 100% compliance with all agreed policies and procedures.
- Lead the regional team with regards to implementation of sales planning for all PTCL channels. This will focus on making all sales channels efficient through scientific method (Data Analytics).
- Ensures regional target bifurcation into several areas and territories for efficient sales and distribution management via direct and indirect channels.
- Follow-up on all Pending orders with all stakeholders.
- Conduct commercial evaluation of potential area (dry pockets).
- Execute mega sales day and brand activations to achieve required sales target.
- Improve Orders Auto Feasibility usage and accuracy across all Channels.
- Collect data from regions to perform trend analysis to further improve conversion ratio in regions via data analytics tools.
- Ensure timely installation with minimum aging of orders TAT.
- Follow-up with orders of all channels to improve conversion ratio.
- Ensure Tag pins data updating and follow-up.
- Ensure availability of ample stock of all brands with distributors and franchisees for standardized distribution.
- Ensures that regional and area sales teams are managing territory well according to Trade Marketing strategy and ensuring direct delivery with agreed service level.
- Ensure OSS and Sales centers are managed according to SOPs.
- Ensure agreed numeric and weighted distribution reach on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:
- MBA (Sales / Marketing)/ equivalent degree from HEC recognized university.
- Certified Sales Expert or Selling is an art certification will be a plus.
Experience:
- Experience in the field of sales in service industry.
- Proven experience in sales & marketing of service industry.
- Experience of leading large teams.
- Marketing & Sales Acumen.
- Product knowledge.
- Problem Solving.
- Service Standard Implementation.
- Communication.
