Overview:

We seek a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the delivery of IT outsourcing projects for our clients. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions in ERP, cloud, AI, e-commerce, and IT help desk services.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage full project lifecycles for ERP implementations, cloud migrations, AI applications, e-commerce platforms, and IT help desk solutions.
  2. Coordinate with clients and development teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  3. Facilitate agile ceremonies and track progress using tools like Jira or Trello.
  4. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders with transparency.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT outsourcing or software development, preferably with international clients.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, cultural sensitivity, stakeholder management, and soft skills.
