Project Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Project Manager to plan and manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams, promoting professional growth through detailed project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the software development process aligning with product roadmaps and release deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and assign comprehensive product feature tickets for the development team, defining clear objectives.
  • Establish milestones, track release cycles closely, and coordinate with the development team, QA, and DevOps, fostering collaboration.
  • Engage senior management on new feature ideas based on company vision and customer feedback, driving innovation.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to create end-user guides, enhancing customer experience.
  • Identify development team weaknesses and develop targeted skill-building initiatives, improving overall performance.
  • Assist in hiring and coordinating interviews for product development and engineering teams, supporting talent acquisition.
  • Act as a customer advocate throughout the product design and development process, prioritizing their needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, Software Engineering or relevant fields, providing a solid foundation.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager, demonstrating proven expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles and practices, enabling effective project delivery.
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodologies and development planning tools like Jira, facilitating streamlined processes.
  • High-level comprehension of software development timelines and releases, allowing for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in creative problem-solving and able to take initiative, driving results-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to communicate multiple project tasks effectively across various cross-functional teams, promoting seamless collaboration.
  • Fluency in English and excellent vocabulary required (oral and written), ensuring clear communication.
  • Willingness to work with remote team members in different time zones, embracing global collaboration.
