Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to lead our country, category, supply chain, or FP&A team. As a manager in this role, you will be responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of your assigned area.

Your primary focus will be on managing and executing aspects of finance planning and performance management, including strategic planning, forecasting, target development, financial reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support within your scope.

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results.
  • Develop and implement effective controls and compliance procedures to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Prepare and present critical financial data and insights to senior management and the business to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead projects to improve efficiency and promote continuous improvement across finance functions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Business acumen with understanding of consumer packaged goods industry and local market dynamics.
  • Leadership skills, including experience in business partnering and effective communication.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance planning and analysis, preferably in FMCG or similar industries.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
