Analytics and Financial Leadership Role

This is a highly specialized position that requires exceptional analytical skills, finance expertise, and leadership abilities.

The role involves supporting the development of financial models, conducting data analysis to provide insights on performance and profitability, and leading improvement initiatives within the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) space.

We are looking for a finance professional who can provide credible solutions to complex problems, work effectively at all levels, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive understanding of the FP&A cycle and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis on large datasets to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Design and develop financial models to assess different scenarios and evaluate their impact.
  • Support operational teams in root cause analysis and identify solutions to optimize performance.
  • Build effective working relationships with finance teams and leadership.
  • Promote innovation and best practices within the FP&A space.
