Expert Software Leader

The Software Leadership role is a key position within the engineering team responsible for driving technical direction and innovation. As a leader, you will be instrumental in guiding the development of large-scale software solutions and mentoring junior engineers.
Main Responsibilities:- Technical Vision: Develop and unit test software to meet customer needs, performing code reviews and providing feedback to colleagues.
- Software Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor less experienced software engineers, providing guidance and support, and helping team members make informed decisions on product architecture, solution designs, and feature development.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience and proficiency in end-to-end software development project lifecycle delivery execution.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor others and contribute to technical direction and innovation.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
This role requires prolonged computer screen time, hearing, speaking, and sitting or standing at a desk. Work hours are generally regular business hours while remaining flexible to accommodate different shifts depending on project requirements.
