Job Title: Technology Lead

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with experience in leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and coordinate technical knowledge harvesting within the organization.
  • Define, communicate, and enforce coding standards.
  • Identify reusable code required for our code library and ensure high-quality creation of the code.
  • Manage technical teams within project scope and schedule.
  • Track and identify new opportunities to improve methodology and training.
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects.
  • Anticipate clients' needs and propose alternative business solutions.
Job Specification:
  • Complex database concepts and assist in establishing standards applied across project teams.
  • Manage the operational aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
  • Oversee managers working on client engagements within practice.
  • Review deliverables across projects.
  • Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable execution of consulting engagements as measured by customer satisfaction.
  • Manage scope and mitigate risk across projects.
  • Tactfully communicate sensitive information.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of service offerings and technical direction.
  • Challenge others to develop as leaders while clarifying roles and responsibilities.
  • Build expert knowledge in industry and convey knowledge to others.
  • Handle difficult personnel situations directly using discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual.
