Financial Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee our bookkeeping operations for multiple US clients, leveraging their expertise in financial management and leadership skills to drive smooth and efficient financial operations.
About the Role:
This senior-level position involves direct client interaction for reporting and customer success, ensuring timely and accurate financial information. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, overseeing cash flow management and reporting, and handling project costing and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, payroll processing, and reconciliations for multiple clients.
- Oversee cash flow management and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective financial processes and procedures.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of bookkeepers and accounting staff.
- Provide guidance, support, and task assignments to ensure high-quality work and meet deadlines.
Client Interaction:
- Attend client meetings to discuss financial performance and address concerns.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and financial insights.
Operational Excellence:
- Monitor and improve bookkeeping processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices for financial management and reporting.
Requirements:
- ACMA, ACCA, or CA finalist certification.
- Experience working with US clients and familiarity with US financial regulations.
- At least 5-7 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, preferably with supervisory role experience.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and proficiency in accounting software.
