Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a Financial Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization's financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and coordinating internal and external audits. You will also be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing financial reporting, and coordinating with external auditors.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

- Financial Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and laws, including Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
- Taxation and Exemptions: Coordinate the application and renewal of tax exemption certificates with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and prepare and file annual income tax returns, monthly withholding statements, and other tax documents in compliance with Pakistani tax laws.
