Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Assistant to join our Head Office team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Programme Team with various tasks, including fundraising and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and documentation for donors;
- Organize fundraising events for the trust;
- Communicate with donors, child sponsors, job applicants, and between the school and the head office;
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Two years of relevant work experience;
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills;
- Ability to write donor proposals and grant requests;
- Firm commitment to the trust's objectives and willingness to work for at least one full year;
- Team player with ability to follow instructions and lead independently when needed.
