Job Title:

Academic Operations Manager

As a leading educational institution, we aim to provide high-quality academic experiences for our students. To achieve this goal, we are seeking an experienced Academic Operations Manager.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive academic plans, including curriculum design, syllabus development, and academic calendar creation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for formulating education policies, ensuring their implementation across all campuses, and suggesting improvements for teaching quality.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with at least 5 years of experience in education management. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and academic achievement;
  2. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of academic programs;
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and make recommendations for improvement;
  4. Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization;
  5. Assist in preparing necessary documents, conduct examinations, and review results in accordance with established policies.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education or related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in education management;
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills;
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive academic plans;
  • Experience in formulating education policies and ensuring their implementation;
  • Knowledge of curriculum design and development;
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
