Sales Lead Converter Job Summary:

We seek a dedicated sales lead converter to successfully manage and convert inbound leads for our high-rise real estate projects. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads to assess their interest in our high-rise properties.
  • Provide detailed information about project features, pricing, and timelines.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable high-rise units.
  • Nurture leads through follow-up communications to achieve conversions.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in our CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead conversion rates and pipeline performance.
  • Schedule site visits and meetings with senior sales advisors for high-potential clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or project coordination (high-rise experience preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Urdu language skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lahore's real estate market, legal processes, and buyer preferences.
