About the Role

As a Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering impactful training and professional learning experiences to associates in the U.S. healthcare and insurance domain.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct live virtual webinars and interactive training sessions on systems, processes, workflows, and soft skills.
  • Foster ongoing learner development through role-specific onboarding, orientation, and customer-specific training for new hires.
  • Lead live call-handling and patient interaction simulations.
  • Distribute knowledge aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Maintain open lines of communication and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues and risk cases.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in talent development, training delivery, facilitation, or related roles.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows and compliance standards preferred.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for live and virtual settings.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and learning management systems.
