Lead Performance Analyst

The role of Lead Performance Analyst is to drive strategic business performance analysis, uncovering key insights that inform and support senior leaders in their decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Performance Analysis">

Conduct comprehensive business performance analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.

">Data Management">

Develop and maintain a robust data management function, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting.

">OKR Process Management">

Drive the OKR process, setting objectives, cascading results, and tracking progress to ensure strategic focus and accountability across functions.

">Stakeholder Engagement">

Collaborate with Business and Functional Heads to review performance, gather insights, and co-create solutions to improve outcomes.

">Initiative Tracking">

Monitor and report on the execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.

">Discretion and Communication">

Manage and support high-priority, sensitive matters with discretion, clarity, and strategic alignment in all communications.

">Data Support and Analytics">

Work closely with regional business analytics teams to provide effective data support and manage BI systems for the country.

">Performance Visibility">

Identify gaps in performance visibility for different functions and their respective analytics teams, driving improvements and enhancements.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to distill complex data into clear insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, data management, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of driving business performance improvement.

A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Management Science is preferred. Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and cloud-based platforms are highly desirable. Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau and Looker Studio is also an asset.
