Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries, and documenting financial transactions by entering accurate account information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant documents
  • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options and providing insightful recommendations
  • SUMMARIZE CURRENT FINANCIAL STATUS BY COLLECTING INFORMATION; PREPARING BALANCE SHEET, PROFIT AND LOSS STATEMENT, AND OTHER REPORTS
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Secure financial information by completing database backups and adhering to internal controls
  • Maintain financial security by following established internal controls and protocols
  • Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
  • Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
  • Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation
  • Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
  • Achieve results by performing duties efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in senior accounting role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in accounting software and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
