About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to enhance our employer brand and strengthen our employee value proposition. This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise to develop compelling brand messaging and visual content that resonates with current and prospective employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with our vision, mission, and values
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, company websites, and recruitment materials, highlighting our culture and employee experiences
  • Design visually appealing graphics, presentations, and videos that promote our employer brand across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective communication strategies that foster a strong sense of belonging and engagement among employees
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor positioning, using insights to inform branding strategies
  • Develop and manage employee advocacy programs that encourage employees to share their positive experiences and promote us as a great place to work
  • Work closely with recruitment, marketing, and communications teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Design, or a related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and video editing tools would be a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using metrics to drive decision-making
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for fostering a positive work culture and enhancing employee experiences
