Employee Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development and execution of training programs and learning initiatives that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying employee learning needs in collaboration with HR and departmental leads to create targeted and effective training solutions. This role involves facilitating onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Main Responsibilities:
- We need an individual who can assist in developing training content, manuals, and digital learning materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
- You will track, record, and maintain training participation and completion data using LMS tools to measure the effectiveness of our training programs.
- The successful candidate will gather and analyze post-training feedback to assess learning impact and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance our training programs.
Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field is essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a training or development role, demonstrating a strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills are critical for success in this position.
