Research Collaborator Opportunity

We seek a motivated Research Collaborator to contribute to our team's projects on Pakistan's economic history. The work will involve field visits, data collection, digitization, and analysis using quantitative research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to districts outside Lahore in Punjab to collect archival data
  • Digitize collected data for analysis and use
  • Analyze data to verify the existence of the threshold rule and its effects on public goods provision and development
  • Develop original scholarship on Punjab's historical political economy

Requirements:

  • Able to travel to districts outside Lahore in Punjab
  • Interest in contributing to original scholarship on Punjab's historical political economy and/or strengthening quantitative research skills

Working Arrangement:
