Role Description

This is a temporary, on-site role for a Researcher located in Lahore. The Researcher will be responsible for designing and conducting research studies, collecting and analyzing data, preparing research reports, and presenting findings. The individual will work closely with the team to support various projects aimed at empowering women through our programs. The Researcher will also assist in developing policies and strategies based on the research findings.

Qualifications

  • Research and Data Analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in preparing research reports and presentations
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of gender equality and economic empowerment issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in the non-profit or social enterprise sector is a plus
