As an Assistant Manager Retail, you will oversee the performance of retail outlet teams by ensuring their presence and productivity. This involves monitoring sales reports on a daily basis, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective measures as needed.

The role also includes receiving regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels at each outlet. Additionally, you will be responsible for training outlet employees in customer service and product knowledge to enhance their overall experience.

A key aspect of this position is conducting monthly performance reviews with the retail outlets team at Head Office. You will prepare comprehensive reports on performance management, customer feedback, and attendance records.

Furthermore, you will work closely with Franchisee Owners and Shop-in-Shop Heads to address any retail-related issues that may arise. Surprise visits to retail outlets will be conducted from time to time to ensure compliance with company standards.

In addition, you will plan the shelving and merchandising of products at retail outlets to create an attractive display and drive sales.
