Cloud Application Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Application Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in developing scalable and secure cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Application Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.
  2. API Implementation: Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture for cloud-based applications.
  3. Data Management: Work with Entity Framework (EF) Core, LINQ, and SQL Server to manage data access efficiently.
  4. Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  5. Deployment and Management: Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on Azure App Services.
  6. Serverless Computing: Implement serverless computing solutions using Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
  7. API Security: Utilize Azure API Management for secure API exposure and integration.
  8. Azure Configuration: Configure and manage Azure Application Gateway, Traffic Manager, and Load Balancers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  1. CICD Pipelines: Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated build and release management.
  2. Version Control: Manage Azure Repos (Git), branching strategies, and version control best practices.
  3. Infrastructure Provisioning: Automate deployments and infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
Security and Compliance
  1. Security Best Practices: Ensure applications follow best security practices using Azure Key Vault, Managed Identities, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  2. User Authentication: Implement OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT authentication for secure user access.
  3. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor applications using Azure Security Center and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
Databases and Storage Solutions
  1. Database Management: Work with Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Table Storage for data management.
  2. High Availability: Design and implement data backup, recovery, and high-availability solutions in Azure.
  3. Database Performance: Optimize database performance using query tuning, indexing, and caching strategies.
Proactive Monitoring and Troubleshooting
  1. Monitoring Tools: Utilize Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for proactive monitoring.
  2. Troubleshooting: Debug and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, latency issues, and failures.
  3. Real-Time Insights: Set up alerts, dashboards, and telemetry for real-time application health insights.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of cloud-native application development, and experience working with large datasets. They should be able to collaborate effectively with our team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
