Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to serve as a key member of our Project Development Department. This dynamic role combines traditional administrative duties with paralegal responsibilities to enhance productivity and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update landowner databases for effective communication and lease preparation.
  • Prepare maps and presentation materials for internal and external meetings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist in lease and memo preparation, execution, and tracking, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage digital office supplies and coordinate printing of leases and sales materials, optimizing efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Provide remote support for field operations as needed, fostering seamless collaboration and communication.

Paralegal Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including leases, title reports, and land agreements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct preliminary title research and assist in resolving title issues, utilizing technical expertise and analytical skills.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and title companies, building strong relationships and ensuring timely resolution of matters.
  • Maintain legal files and ensure compliance with document retention policies, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Support due diligence efforts for land acquisition and project development, providing critical assistance and guidance throughout the process.
