ERP/SAP Systems Manager Role

The ERP/SAP Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the organization's ERP/SAP systems. This position involves managing system administration, reporting, data analysis, user support, and strategic IT planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations and performance of ERP/SAP systems to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.
  • Leadership in implementing, integrating, and upgrading ERP/SAP modules across departments to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Analysis of business processes and provision of ERP-based solutions for increased efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Coordination with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful ERP/SAP deployment and maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Design and generation of reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making and data-driven insights.
  • Training and support to end-users across departments to enhance their skills and confidence in using ERP/SAP systems.
  • Maintenance of data security, compliance, and backup procedures to protect sensitive information and prevent potential threats.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of system issues and bugs in a timely manner to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Collaboration with management to identify and implement process improvements through technology, driving business excellence and competitiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in MIS, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP/SAP management.
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation, configuration, and user support, demonstrating expertise in system administration and reporting.
  • Experience in data analysis, database management, and reporting tools, with a strong understanding of data visualization and business intelligence.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
