Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Manager with strong expertise in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT support operations, ensuring smooth functioning of ERP/MES systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading the support team to deliver efficient solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee IT support operations for ERP and MES systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT support team.
  • Ensure high system availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP/MES-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with vendors, ERP/MES solution providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures for improvement.
  • Train and support end-users on ERP and MES applications.
  • Develop, document, and enforce IT support policies and procedures.
  • Lead ERP/MES upgrades, patches, and integration projects.
  • Manage incident reporting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in IT support, with at least 3 years focused on ERP and MES systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and MES solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in system implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SQL databases, reporting tools, and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices in ERP/MES environments.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent is a plus.
