As a skilled marketing professional, we are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Innovation Lead to drive innovative marketing strategies and execute effective campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for branding, digital marketing, and business growth, with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement result-driven marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing channels.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to generate quality leads and improve conversions through data-driven insights.
  4. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and customer behavior, informing marketing strategies.
  5. Oversee content creation for advertisements, social media, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  6. Plan and execute events, partnerships, and PR campaigns to boost brand visibility and reputation.
  7. Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies accordingly to achieve optimal results.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, vendors, and marketing agencies.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a senior role.
  2. Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
  3. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  4. Experience in lead generation and performance marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  5. Proficiency in marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, and other relevant software.
